[ He doesn't quite smile, but the tension in his face lets up a little and he nods against her hand. And then he's quiet again for a long moment, more emotions playing across his face before he asks. ]
[Her fingers brush back and forth against his cheek bone as her eyes dance across his face, and the smile that spreads across her lips is warm, gentle and completely sincere. She nods and places a whisper of a kiss on his lips, it feels like a promise.]
