You're something new.

This isn't just about you and me. We need all of our team. If there are feelings of anger and betrayal, this isn't going to work.

I understand what you mean but I think that's an excuse, you're getting stuck on the old team which you said wasn't the point of coming back to the tower.

I do what it takes. That part of me hasn't changed much either.

The point is that I need everyone and I don't want the kids to be involved.

You seem very set on me not liking who you are now, when I do. You're a good teacher and mentor to these kids.
I like seeing that in you.

That's not what I'm set on. I'm just being realistic.

I have to keep doing what I'm doing now. That's the goal and I need you to understand that.
