Sherlock doesn't cook. I do ... sometimes. Definitely not as often as I should.

[ No time when they're busy with a case. And in-between Sherlock tends to demand a lot of attention. So, basically, he always demands a lot of attention.

Much easier to just eat out or order in. ]

Yeah, uhm. Sherlock thinks eating is a waste of time and I'm just not a very good cook.

[ Not that he couldn't learn, he's sure. It just hasn't happened. ]

If he could get away with not eating, he wouldn't. He'd happily live off tea and coffee and cigarettes if he could.

Or if he could get all his sustenance from taking a pill?

Oh, yeah! He'd love that. Imagine all the time it would free for him to ... analyse tobacco and memorise every street corner in London, or whatever it is he'd rather do.

[ Solve crimes, obviously, but there's not always a crime to solve. ]

I would think that at this point he would have already memorized every street corner in London....

Well seeing how you're the only one who likes eating, do you have a favorite meal?

Kind of, but street corners change sometimes. And, I don't know ... Chips? Does that count?

[ Chips are amazing. ]

Well-- Most things go with chips. I'm not too picky.

Most things but not all, I'd argue that sushi doesn't go very well with chips.

Well, sushi is from Japan, and chips ... are not.

Nah. Not usually my choice of food. I prefer my fish cooked.

The unagi roll is cooked, they barbeque the eel.

Okay okay, I'll cancel the sushi restaurant idea I had for your birthday celebration....

Good. I'd prefer something like pizza anyway.

Ah naturally, pizza is the perfect food after all. What's your choice of toppings? Are you a classic meat lovers type of do you go for the fancier pesto chicken and veggie deal?

Definitely classic meat lover. I'm starting to feel boring.
