[Dick nearly walks into the nearest wall when he hears that exclamation coming from Dawn's room and he has to backtrack, pausing at her door, his eyebrows furrowed in concern and confusion. He lifts a hand and then knocks on the door.]

Dawn? Everything okay?

[Dawn looks over her shoulder and grins at Jason, who is helping her get into her undercover fetish dress.]

Yes! Just trying to get into this outfit, Jason's lending me a hand.

[ he kisses her softly, resting his hands on her hips as he does so, then gives her a nod. ]

Yeah, sure. Do I just... rub it everywhere?

Nah, it's not the same when you're older. A lot of the ladies I knew back then had already moved on, and one of the other ones got shut down cause the owners had this whole elaborate drug ring in the basement. Always knew there was something fucked up about those guys in charge.

That's true. I've been to a few strip clubs as well but I don't usually enjoy the vibe at most clubs, I have a huge appreciation for the dancers as they're amazingly talented but the guys who go there are sometimes real gross.

Yeah, the guys are pieces of shit. I went to a male one with Molly one time and it was a lot better. Fucking figures. I'm sure the guys still get treated questionably, but nothing compared to the women.

[She says and pulls him in for one last kiss before he heads out to get changed, she puts on some lipstick and high heels and then heads out into the main area.
Dick is there waiting, talking to Gar who takes one look at Dawn and practically falls off the kitchen stool he's sitting on.]

I uh- Woah, I mean. I slipped. Yeah, there's something slippery...I mean shiny...uh. Hi!

[ he wants to linger in the kiss for a lot longer, but he knows he really does have to get ready, so he heads out to change quickly so he can meet back up with Dawn and Dick.

once he is, he goes to meet them, kinda glad his suit doesn't need all that latex shiner. he tries not to stare too much at Dawn with the rest of them there, but he does have to make a comment.]

Damn, babe. Add wings to this and you could call yourself a fucking angel.

[Dawn tries not to smile too much at Jason's comment, but the corners of her mouth lift a little bit and she shoots him a knowing look with her eyes while Dick frowns at how both boys are looking at Dawn.]

Okay, enough. We need to get to work. [Dick says and Gar looks guilty at the tone of voice he uses and gives all three of them a little wave before slinking off to his room. Dick leads her and Jason down to the garage where they pile into one of the cars and as they head towards the club he glances over at Dawn a few times without saying anything. Finally Dawn sighs and turns to him.]

What?

Nothing.

Dick.

It's nothing. [A long beat where she just looks at him while he drives and finally he caves a little.] I just think you went overboard with this whole....outfit.

[If Dick only knew about her other option, the one she bought just for Jason, his head might explode and she lifts an eyebrow at him.]

I have to blend in, Dick. This is what they wear to these types of places.

I know. You just look...different.

[Jason can't help but roll his eyes at the conversation taking place up front, and he leans in to stick his head between the seats.]

I think it looks hot as fuck. And Dawn can wear whatever the hell she wants, man.

[Dick frowns at Jason.]

We know what you think. [He says and then glances at Dawn.] That's another thing, you shouldn't wear that thing in front of these guys, they're too young to-

Jason and Gar are not kids, Dick. [She says, her tone chilly.] Besides, I don't ever remember you telling Kory she can't wear miniskirts around them so I'd appreciate it if you did away with this double standard bullshit.

[Dick opens his mouth to maybe argue further but then closes it and just keeps his eyes on the road. Dawn turns to smile at Jason and motions towards the little case that is in the back seat with him.]

Can you hand me that, Jason? It's got the com link ear piece in it.

Yeah, man. Not cool on so many levels. You're far from the fashion police.

[Jason snorts, sitting back once again, smiling back at Dawn when she turns to him and grabs the case to hand it up to her.]

[Dawn tips Jason a little wink to show him that she appreciates his support and then goes about setting up the ear piece, it's tiny and is barely visible and will allow her to keep in contact and give updates to Jason and Dick while she's inside.]

Okay, we'll drop you here and link up once we're in position.

[Dick says as he pulls the car up to the curb about a block away from the club, Dawn nods and gets out of the car, smoothing down the latex dress and tossing her long ponytail over her shoulder. Dick pauses for a moment to watch her stroll confidently towards the club, then shakes his head and pulls away to find a spot where he and Jason can exit the car and get up onto the rooftops.]

[Jason says softly before she gets out of the car, then watches her head inside before he looks over at Dick and sees him staring at her too. well that, and shaking his head.

he starts to climb to the front of the car while Dick goes to find a spot.]

You didn't have to be such an asshole to her, you know.

[Dick's jaw clenches a little as Jason clambers his way into the front seat and he grips the steering wheel a bit tighter as he pulls the car around the block and down a series of dark alleys.]

I wasn't being an asshole. I'm just trying to make sure she doesn't give Gar a heart attack. [There's a pause and then he adds.] Or you any lecherous ideas.

[he settles into the passengers seat with a plop, then gives Dick a look.]

No but you really were, and she called you out on it.
